Student Senate

Represent your fellow students and take on a leadership role by running for Student Senate!

Students can run for President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary. To nominate yourself, email a short bio, your goals as an officer, and why students should vote for you to iboll@mainecc.edu by Friday, September 4. Elections will be held the following week!

What does Student Senate do?
Approves new student clubs and organizations
Helps decide how to spend the Student Senate budget on meaningful activities and events
Represents and advocates for students
Gives the President and Vice President a seat at the College’s Senior Leadership Meetings
