Online Transcript Request Form

You can order an electronic copy of your official CMCC transcript through Parchment. Simply fill out the form and choose which institution(s) will receive your transcript. All orders placed through Parchment are submitted electronically to the institution(s) you choose and will be processed within three business days.

  • Electronic Transcript Cost: $6.00 per transcript

Enrollment or Degree Verification

Frequently Asked Questions

Can someone else request an official transcript on my behalf?

The Federal Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974 requires that all transcript requests must be in writing, signed, and dated by the person to whom the record belongs. Requests will not be processed without the student’s signature.

How much does each transcript cost?

There is a $6.00 processing fee for the electronic delivery of your transcript to each recipient.

When is payment, if owed, due?

Payment for transcript copies and/or shipping is due before processing will take place. Payments for Electronic Transcript Requests are made through the Parchment website.

CMCC is not responsible for incorrect recipient information – such as incorrect fax numbers or recipient address information, or for technology failures. All records requested for any University of Maine System member will be sent to the UMS Central Processing Center, regardless of address provided.
