Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Penmor Lithographers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing client relationships across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of print production and can confidently guide clients through print specifications, pricing, and timelines, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proactively generate new business leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
– Manage and grow relationships with current clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
– Promote Penmor’s capabilities in offset and digital printing for products such as books, magazines, catalogs, brochures, direct mail, and corporate collateral.
– Collaborate with the estimating and production teams to develop competitive proposals and ensure feasibility of client requests.
– Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network.
– Maintain accurate records in CRM software, including client communication, opportunities, quotes, and project status.
– Continuously stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
