What You’ll Do as a Miscellaneous Metals Team Member
Install steel components according to blueprints and client specs, ensuring proper alignment, level, and structural integrity.

Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and complete site safety checks before starting work.

Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly.

Safely operate lifts, welding equipment, and installation tools.

Identify and fix installation issues quickly to stay on schedule.

Complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in miscellaneous metals, steel installation, or a related construction trade.
Able to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledgeable of OSHA safety and compliance standards.
Reliable transportation.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to adapt to construction site conditions.
Proficient in operating construction tools and heavy machinery (welding tools, lifts, etc.).

Pay & Benefits
We offer a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour for our Miscellaneous Metals team, based on experience.
