This position is full-time, in office, Monday through Friday; 8am to 5pm. We are looking for a candidate to work at our South Portland location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Office Support Specialist. In this role, you will greet customers entering our South Portland location and provide them with friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers to determine the reason for their visit and contact the appropriate staff member to assist.
Operating and maintaining a cash register, receiving payments, and issuing receipts and refunds.
Contacts clients to notify them that the order is ready for pick-up.
Prepares daily on-call notification and distributes it to the answering service.
Back-up to the phone receptionist, answering calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
