Pay Schedule
Coaches will receive their first paycheck at the first full pay period from the start of employment. Coaches will start earning 50% of every session completed, 75% of all programs completed, and $15 per hour for meetings with management, team workshops, and gym duties that are coordinated and approved by management. Coaches will not start with any employee benefits until they’ve completed their 180 day review and gained approval from management.

Keep yourself updated with the latest advancements and trends in the fitness industry to maintain a cutting-edge knowledge base. Stand out as an exceptional coach by effectively collaborating with your team. Cultivate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build strong connections with clients.
Take an active role in the development and implementation of fitness programs, leveraging your expertise to support clients in achieving their individual goals. Additionally, contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization’s objectives.
Maintain a paramount focus on client safety during training sessions, diligently adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Conduct thorough initial assessments and consistently monitor clients’ progress throughout their fitness journeys under your guidance.
Organize and record client metrics on as frequently as a daily basis. Individual client records should be consistent, presentable, and relevant to client goals. Client attendance and scheduling will be the responsibility of the coach. A coach will shepherd a roster of clients and take accountability for scheduling inconveniences to ensure that client training needs are met on a weekly basis.
Play an integral part in creating engaging content and actively participate in filming for the Jacked and Jilled social media platforms, showcasing your expertise and promoting the brand.
Demonstrate your commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring the gym is immaculate. This entails tasks such as filling spray bottles, restocking supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, responsibly managing trash, meticulously wiping down equipment, and efficiently organizing equipment storage.
By embodying these responsibilities, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our fitness organization while upholding high standards of excellence, safety, and cleanliness.
Requirements
Possession of a Personal Trainer or equivalent certification.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and enhance skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including the use of tools such as Google Drive and Sheets, as well as Mindbody.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Ability to prioritize client satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.
