Fence Installer – East Grand Fence Co. (Auburn, ME)

$18–$22/hour | Full-Time | Overtime Available

We’re hiring both experienced installers and entry-level laborers. If you show up, work hard, and take tremendous pride in your work, we’ll train you and give you a clear path to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install wood, vinyl, aluminum and chain link fences throughout our service area
Dig or drive post holes, set posts, and build panels and gates
Measure, cut, and assemble materials
Keep job sites clean and organized
Work as part of a small, efficient, tight-knit crew

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation to our Auburn shop
Must be able to pass a background check

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Prior construction or general building experience is helpful, but certainly not required for the right motivated candidate. Our experienced team is committed to training individuals who are eager to learn and develop valuable hands-on skills in construction, problem solving, and high-end craftsmanship. The skills learned in this role are transferable across many trades and industries and provide valuable professional experience.
