Business Systems Developer (Project-Based)

Dielectric LLC is seeking a motivated and technically curious Business Systems Developer to support a variety of real-world software development, automation, and data analytics projects. This temporary, project-based role is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields to gain practical experience working directly with business and engineering teams.

The successful candidate will help develop Python-based tools and applications, automate manual processes, and work with historical and current business data to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. Projects may include data conversion, software development, process automation, reporting tools, and customer-focused applications.
