We are seeking a self-motivated individual who will be able to support the rapid growth of our manufacturing capabilities to join our team. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to design, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production & facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ø  Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

Ø  Provide emergency unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Ø  Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

Ø  Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Ø  Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Ø  Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.

Ø  Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

Ø  Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

Ø  Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Ø  Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Ø  Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Ø  Design & implement electrical & equipment installations.

Ø  Testing new electrical & equipment installations.

Ø  Design, update, & maintain controls to help improve existing processes.
