Carpenter Helper/Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to support a variety of construction projects. This role requires hands‑on experience with construction tools, materials, and site safety practices. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety‑focused, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor duties, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Assist skilled trades Carpenters
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure, cut, and install materials according to instructions and plans
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete and other materials as needed
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Follow all OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlines
