Public Service Career Day at Central Maine Community College on April 12

April 5, 2022

The Public Service and Social Sciences department at Central Maine Community College is hosting a Public Service Career day on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at their Auburn campus, located at 1250 Turner Street. The event will take place in the gymnasium in Kirk Hall.

Representatives from over twenty-five different agencies will be present. Types of agencies include local, state and federal law enforcement, county and state corrections, juvenile justice and social services. The Public Service Career Day is an excellent opportunity for students to learn about the wide variety of public service careers available and for agencies to meet first-hand with prospective candidates preparing for entry-level positions in the public service field.
