Four CMCC Students Named to 2025 Phi Theta Kappa All-Maine Academic Team
Auburn, ME – Central Maine Community College is proud to announce that four exceptional students have been named to the 2025 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All-Maine Academic Team: Emma Dionne of Auburn, Zulma Lizarazo of South Portland, Ivy Hutchinson of New Vineyard, and Logan Levesque of Greene.
Selection to the PTK All-Maine Academic Team is based on outstanding academic performance, leadership, and community involvement.
Emma Dionne, a Life Sciences major from Auburn, was not only selected to the All-Maine Academic Team, but also earned national recognition as one of just 20 students named to the prestigious 2025 All-USA Academic Team. Chosen from nearly 2,100 nominees across the country, Ms. Dionne will receive a $5,000 scholarship. In addition, she has been named a 2025 New Century Transfer Pathway Scholar, earning an additional $2,250 scholarship to support her pursuit of a four-year degree in neurobiology.
Zulma Lizarazo, an Accounting major from South Portland, was honored for her academic excellence and her commitment to providing accessible accounting and tax services to her local community. Her recognition on the All-Maine Academic Team comes with a $500 scholarship.
Ivy Hutchinson, an Electromechanical Technology major from New Vineyard, earned her spot on the team through her strong academic performance and current work in the field. Her achievements have also earned her a $500 scholarship.
Logan Levesque, also an Electromechanical Technology major, from Greene, was selected for his academic success and hands-on experience in the electrical field. He, too, received a $500 scholarship.
