CMCC’s Paradis Named to Auburn Business Development Corporation Board
The Auburn Business Development Corporation (ABDC), whose mission is to facilitate the physical settlement or re-settlement of business enterprises in Auburn, has announced the appointment of Christopher Paradis to its board of directors. Paradis, a workforce development and training specialist at Central Maine Community College (CMCC), has also served as a member and chair on the board of directors of the Maine International Trade Center (MITC) and as past president and board member of the Auburn Rotary Breakfast Club. He currently serves on MITC’s “Invest in Maine” Committee; the Franklin County Workforce and Education Committee; and Husson University’s Southern Maine Alumni Advisory Board. Prior to joining CMCC in 2010, he had been employed at Elmet Technologies and Philips Lighting Corporation.
