Apply for Scholarships
Scholarships are an important part of the financial aid opportunities available to CMCC students. While som scholarships are awarded automatically based on information already on file, others require a separate application to help identify the student who best meets the donor’s criteria. By completing the application below and thoughtfully answering the questions, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible.

These scholarships are open to any student in any program.
Jason Spaulding Memorial Scholarship – DEADLINE: December 1, 2026
From an early age, Jason always loved taking apart and reconstructing anything mechanical or electrical. Eventually the career he chose led him to attend CMCC, completing the course work he needed to test for and receive his Master Electrician’s license.
- Must have 30 credits and be enrolled for the Spring 2027 semester
- Must have a minimum 2.33 GPA
- Must have demonstrated financial need from filing the most recent FAFSA
- Must complete the essay prompt once selected from drop-down menu below
Vicky Bosse Wiencek Memorial Scholarship – DEADLINE: December 1, 2026
Vicky graduated from CMCC’s nursing program in 1999 and she went on to work in may healthcare settings. She was successful in her endeavors but never hesitated to help someone along the way. Her kindness and compassion radiated in all she did. In order to receive this scholarship, students:
- Must be a Maine resident
- Must be enrolled as a second-year Nursing student
- Must have demonstrated financial need from filing the most recent FAFSA
- Must complete the essay prompt once selected from drop-down menu below
