Mustang Dining

The Dining Commons serves commuting and residential students, faculty, and staff with a variety of fresh meal options throughout the week:

  • Daily entrées
  • Soups
  • Wraps
  • Full salad bar
  • Short-order favorites
  • Snacks

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Located in Jalbert Hall, Mustang Market is an open-concept café offering coffee, beverages, baked goods, and grab-and-go snacks:

  • Hot and cold beverages

Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

Dining Hall Storm Closing Policy

When the campus is closed all day due to inclement weather, the Dining Commons will be open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. When the campus closes early due to inclement weather, the Dining Commons will remain open for two hours after the College closes or normal closing time. When the campus has a delayed opening, the Dining Commons will open one hour before the College opens.
