The CM Education Foundation offers a wide range of donor-funded general scholarships open to students across all academic programs. Supported by local community leaders, alumni, and regional partners, these awards are designed to offset tuition and fee costs for both full- and part-time students.
Eligibility is most often determined by financial need as demonstrated on your FAFSA, giving every enrolled student an opportunity to secure additional funding for their degree.
Jason Spaulding Memorial Scholarship
Deadline: December 1, 2026
From an early age, Jason always loved taking apart and reconstructing anything mechanical or electrical. Eventually the career he chose led him to attend CMCC, completing the course work he needed to test for and receive his Master Electrician’s license.
To qualify, students must have 30 credits, be enrolled for the Spring 2027 semester, maintain a minimum 2.33 GPA, have demonstrated financial need from filing the most recent FAFSA, and complete the essay prompt selected from the drop-down menu in the application below.
Vicky Bosse Wiencek Memorial Scholarship
Deadline: December 1, 2026
Vicky graduated from CMCC’s nursing program in 1999 and she went on to work in many healthcare settings. She was successful in her endeavors but never hesitated to help someone along the way. Her kindness and compassion radiated in all she did.
In order to receive this scholarship, students must be a Maine resident, be enrolled as a second-year Nursing student, have demonstrated financial need from filing the most recent FAFSA, and complete the essay prompt selected from the drop-down menu in the application below.
