Learning Commons

The Learning Commons is CMCC’s central hub for study, research, and collaborative learning. Located on the main floor of Jalbert Hall, it combines traditional library services with modern technology, giving students access to physical books, online research databases, quiet study areas, and group workspaces.

Whether you need help finding research materials, citing sources, or working on group projects, staff and librarians are available on-site and online. The space also houses on-campus tutoring centers, computer workstations, and printing.

Center for Testing & Assessment

Located on the main floor of Jalbert Hall, the Center for Testing & Assessment is a quiet, proctored space for placement and makeup exams. It is also where you can take professional certification tests or earn college credit for past work experience.

PERSONALIZED SUPPORT

TRIO Student Support Services

TRIO Student Support Services is a free, federally funded program built to help eligible students succeed, stay enrolled, and graduate or transfer. You may qualify if you are a first-generation college student, meet federal income guidelines, or have a documented disability.

EQUAL ACCESS & SUPPORT

Accessibility Services

CMCC is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment where students with qualifying disabilities have equal access to campus life and learning. Accessibility Services works one-on-one with students to coordinate reasonable academic accommodations, which begin by registering with the office and submitting provider documentation. Because college accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis, connecting with us early in the semester is strongly encouraged.

Looking for Health & Wellness Support?

Whether you need confidential on-campus counseling or a quick referral for care at a nearby health clinic or hospital, we’re here for that, too.
