Strengthening Maine's Workforce Together
Employers across Maine are facing ongoing workforce challenges. The Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine’s Workforce coordinates short-term workforce training programs for Maine’s community colleges and works closely with business and industry leaders statewide. Through the Maine Workforce Development Compact, businesses, associations, nonprofits, and municipalities can access workforce training resources and support at no cost.
