EMPLOYER: The Woodlands Club



The Woodlands Club in Falmouth is looking for full-time experienced line cooks and banquet cooks. Currently looking for PM line cooks and Banquet cooks. Flexible schedules, closing (1pm-9:30pm) shifts available. Very relaxed and friendly existing staff, no drama.

Must have experience in a fast paced, high volume scratch kitchen, must work well as part of a team, and have fun while doing so. Cook some great food at an unmatched location. Stations include fry, sauté, grill, and pantry.

Duties include but not limited to:

Prepping for stations, setting up stations for service, breaking down and cleaning stations, butchering, packing away deliveries when needed, prepping daily specials

Learn and remain familiar with menu items and assume responsibility for all food rotation and proper timing of foods

Banquet prep and execution

Work closely with the Chefs to ensure that all items needed are in stock for the menu.

Coordinate with the Chefs for food preparation, presentation, and proper service procedures.

Maintain cleanliness of workstation, kitchen area, and walk in cooler/freezer.

Review prep list, check daily pars and maintain pars as necessary.

Prepare food of consistent quality by following recipe and production/portion standards, per check from servers.

Practice conscious knowledge of food allergies and all safety procedures.

Operate, maintain, and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processors, mixers, slicer, oven, steam tables and flat top grill.

Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour
