The Progress Center is seeking positive, energetic applicants to support amazing people that live in their own homes. In addition to guiding and teaching people to care for themselves and their homes, In Home Support DSPs will act as community connectors for the people they support. You will help people determine their personal interests through experiences in their communities. You will encourage and support friendships and collaboration with other members of the community.

The Progress Center is seeking Residential Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in developing new skills while increasing/maintaining their independence. DSP certification and current CRMA certification is preferred.

The Progress Center is seeking people who want to make a difference. We offer paid training for those not certified!

The Progress Center has FT and PT positions in The Oxford Hills area. You must be at least 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED and acceptable driving and criminal records. DSP and CRMA certification is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates who seek a career in this field.

Candidates must be able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.


* Pass a criminal background check

* Valid drivers license with clean driving record

* Acceptable driving record

* Must be at least 18 years old

*Must be able to lift 50 pounds


* High school diploma or GED

* Obtain the DSP and CRMA certification within 6 months.
