Join our motivated team of leaders by assisting in the critical daily service operations for the Tate Ficker Insurance Agency. Searching for a knowledgeable and dedicated customer service professional with experience in serving client-based needs. Motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to the team’s success. Articulate, energetic, and results-oriented with passion for developing relationships, cultivating partnerships, and growing business. The Client Service Representative coordinates general business activities and the needs of the Agency’s clients through courteous and timely service. This role is proactive, highly visible, and vital to the success of protecting what matters most to our clients.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Answering inbound calls, expediting, and resolving service requests, • Operating with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented • Represent the agency brand with pleasant demeanor, patience and commitment to customer service • Serving as first point of contact for clients thus setting the tone of the experience • Remaining current on product offerings, staff member pricing and prioritizing services • Redirecting client challenges to management and other agency staff as needed • Ability to identify and coordinate real-time cross sell, upsell, and other opportunities to deepen relationships with customers • Interest in growing with the agency, challenging oneself, and excited to create a long withstanding successful career


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) • High School diploma or GED required • BS degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3-5 years of related experience preferred • Proactive, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic personality and attitude • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Team player, energetic self-starter and relationship oriented • Ability to handle uncomfortable situations, irate customers and handle a variety of emotions and personalities • Creativity in developing solutions to help benefit the customer and agency
