Company Overview: Reliable Renewables, a leading EPC solar contractor specializing in utility-scale solar construction projects across the USA, is seeking a dedicated Electrician Helper to join our dynamic team. With a commitment to renewable energy and sustainable practices, we design and construct utility-scale projects ranging from 1-20 MW. As an Electrician Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the electrical scope of our projects, ensuring their successful completion and contributing to the growth of renewable energy infrastructure.

Position: Electrician Helper

Location: Various project sites across the USA


  • Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in utility-scale solar construction projects.
  • Participate in safety trainings and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures outlined by the company and regulatory agencies.
  • Support the implementation of the Health and Safety Program and ensure compliance with all safety documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with the site crew to facilitate daily safety reporting tasks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Aid in the oversight of electrical scopes within utility-scale solar projects, working closely with the construction team.
  • Assist in material management, logistics coordination, and inventory control related to electrical components.
  • Provide support during equipment training sessions and contribute to the development of fellow team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in construction or electrical work is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced electricians.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform tasks at heights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work at project sites for the duration of assignments.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and physical examination.
