EMPLOYER: Portage Tap House



– Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations on a daily basis
– Prepare food to the chef’s specifications and follow all provided recipes
– Plate food based on the senior chef’s guidance
– Work with the servers to ensure that orders are completed properly and consistently
– Thoroughly clean the kitchen and store all the equipment at the end of each shift
– Ensure that the kitchen operates and adheres to all food safety standards and regulations
