Ensures the health, safety, and well-being of clients.
Provides teaching and support of skill development based on the person plans of the client.
Provides advocacy to ensure clients’ needs are heard, individual rights are understood and problems are resolved.
Participates actively in the growth and development of the working team (e.g. program staff, planning teams, etc.).
Understands and follows all agency policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as requested.


• High School Diploma or G.E.D. • At least 18 years of age • Immunization Requirements: Measles, Mumps, Rubeola, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Covid-19, and Seasonal Influenza • Have successful completion of all required training within 90 days of employment. Current certifications for DSP, First Aid/CPR, Mandt and CRMA a plus but not required! We will train you!
Pay Rate: $14.50 w/a flexible schedule
