Direct Support Professional – LTS – Long Term Staff

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to work with our consumers in one of our 22 homes located throughout Southern Maine.

Job Description:
The Live-In Staff lives with our consumers in their homes and maintains a rotating schedule of one week on, one week off, with planned breaks.
Completes daily documentation requirements for each shift and consumer.
Assist consumers with all daily needs: meal prep, housework, appointments, activities, and personal hygiene.
Transport consumers to appointments and community outings with a company-provided vehicle.
Ensure and advocate for the health, safety, well-being and quality of life for consumers.
Administer medications.
Provide support for and implement behavioral and general care plans for individuals as directed.
Advocate for consumers while honoring privacy practices and individual rights.
Attend all trainings as scheduled by management.
Other miscellaneous needs, as decided by management.



Schedule=bi-weekly rotation 7 days on then 7 days off. (Friday-Friday).


• Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. • At Least 18 Years of Age. • Current Driver’s License. • Immunization Requirements: Measles, Mumps, Rubeola, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Covid-19 and Seasonal Influenza. • Have successful completion of all required training within 90 days of employment. Current certifications for DSP, First Aid/CPR, Mandt and CRMA a plus but not required! We will train you!
Pay Rate: $15.50 hour, plus 30+hrs of built-in overtime.
