Part Time, Full Time, Flexible Time.

The current Administrative Assistant is working less hours and working towards retiring. This position would assist and replace the current AA. Office hours are 7:30 to 3, half hour lunch is paid. Hours are flexible, we can work around classes and possibly work towards full time. Current AA is Monday to Wednesday, but for training purposes can change days to work with the incoming person. We are a non-profit agency that provides day services to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism. This position does the billing to MaineCare, tracking of approved hours of service and hours billed, billing for contract work, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Payable, bill paying online and by check, checkbook reconciliation, tracking earned time, maintaining personnel files, maintaining of computer applications and more. Position starts at $20 an hour.  Full time benefits are: earned time off, birthday off, medical, dental, life and Aflac insurances, 401k with match after 1 year if 1000 hours a year worked. For part time, earned time will accrue on a pro-rated basis depending upon the number of hours worked.

Requirements:

Part time or full time, flexible schedule available. Knowledge of Excel and HR basics are a must, Quickbooks basics would be a plus.
