Moose Landing Marina is currently searching for a Front Desk/Marketing Assistant to support our sales team with social media content, greeting customers, providing images and video content, uploading of inventory information to website, assist at boat shows, collaborate on printed materials, work with our Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and vendors.
Update website with clear, well edited, photos of inventory.
Provide a video walkaround of select inventory and maintain website inventory to match with physical inventory.
Works with Sales General Manager and Marketing Director to manage website content updates, ensuring customer’s onsite experience is helpful and enjoyable and represents Moose Landing Marina/Marina Holdings LLC brand.
Manages promotional and content calendar.
Support in the planning and delivery of seasonal content efforts across channels to drive business objectives and/or key customer actions (i.e., product sales, new buyer acquisition, video views, etc.).
Collaborates with Sales General Manager to ensure boat shows are well stocked with necessary promotional materials.
Works with sales department to assist at boat shows in person.

Skills and Qualifications

BA/BS in marketing or related field, preferred but not required.
1 year of relevant experience in marketing/web management.
Photography/drone photography experience a plus.
Highly organized.
Pro-active in finding (sometimes creative) solutions to issues.
Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically to a wide range of audiences.
A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, able to get quickly up to speed with adobe and website software as well as dealer management software.
