Typical Daily Duties:
-Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships
-Update and maintain a robust CRM system with accurate, organized notes and customer information
-Troubleshoot customer questions and minor technical issues while providing exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:
-Comfortable and confident making cold calls and starting conversations
-Strong computer skills; ability to navigate CRM systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
-Detail-oriented mindset with excellent record-keeping and information-gathering abilities
