Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:45PM
Assignment Length: T2H

We’re looking for a skilled General Machinist to join a trusted, high‑performance manufacturing team in Gray! This opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule, a positive and collaborative environment, and the chance to work with advanced equipment in a clean, well‑run facility. This position pays $21.13 per hour and is temp-to-hire with strong long-term potential.

Typical Daily Duties:
– Operate and maintain milling machines (manual & CNC), drill presses, band saws, and fabrication equipment
– Review drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and instructions for accurate production
– Select appropriate machine settings, cutting speeds/feeds, and tooling for optimal fabrication
– Measure and inspect completed units to ensure specifications and quality standards
– Provide feedback to engineers/designers and assist with new equipment/process implementation
– Fabricate custom fixtures and support line startups and changeovers

What We’re Looking For:
– Ability to pass a vision and dexterity test
– Experience setting up and operating milling machines (manual & CNC)
– Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools
– Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– A team player who can also work independently
– Associate’s Degree in Machine Tool or similar, or equivalent experience
– CAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus
