Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for someone who is results-driven to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

• Help protect customers by offering insurance, benefits, and customized proactive service experiences that will meet their needs.
• Be a team player to help grow the agency.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage accordingly.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Must be comfortable with cold calling.
