Administrative Coordinator


Industrial Roofing Company has an opening for an articulate, productive coordinator to our administrative team. Are you a motivated self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once with a smile? Then we have a position for you.

How you will make an impact:

·      Initiate internal notifications regarding new projects

·      Contact customers to obtain or relay information

·      Compile and verify proper project documentation based on contact specifications

·      Prepare documentation for contracts

·      AP/AR entries, checks and reporting

·      Fuel expense monitoring and reporting

·      Greet Visitors and take incoming calls

·      Receive, review, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail according to specified procedures

·      Maintain phone system and greetings

·      Provide general office support

·      Manage office supply inventory

·      Assist other administrative staff with overflow work



·      Excellent communication and social skills

·      Sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing

·      Excel, Outlook and Word processing skills

·      Previous experience in an administrative role preferred

·      Previous experience in customer service preferred

·      Strong organizational and time management skills

·      Ability to handle confidential information

·      Excellent attendance record
