The Accounting Assistant will work with the Director of Finance and Administration as a team with the goal of reporting accurate financial information to the President and Project Managers in a timely manner.  To do this we need to enter vendor invoices and reconcile vendor statements in a timely manner, process AP check run on a weekly basis with a 3rd party vendor, and have extreme attention to detail.

Insure employee hours worked are correct by comparing the hours recorded match the individual timesheets, then input weekly payroll hours into Paylocity payroll software.

QuickBooks knowledge is desirable, as well as working in and around drop box files.

Above all, we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn, who is dependable, and has a commitment to working to the best of their ability.
