Geiger, the largest family-owned promotional products company in the US, is seeking an energetic, dependable Assistant Decoration Workflow Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team.

Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager, the Assistant Decoration Workflow Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Decoration Coordinator with all aspects related to the processing of our in-house decorating services.

Essential Function

Print work orders
Receive transit goods to totes for decoration
Ensure accuracy of items in totes on the work order
Pick stock if necessary
Review aging production orders weekly and communicate missing items in the follow-up system
Edit backorders and communicate through a follow-up system
Process partial orders as requested and edit backlog work order paperwork
Rapidly identify, sort, count, and pack items for storage
Utilize computer programs to complete daily work
Perform cycle counts and replenishment
Operate walk behind jacks when necessary
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Setup pick pack locations

Required Education and Experience

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime when needed
Duties require knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma
Working knowledge of personal computers
Problem-solving and communication skills
1 – 2 years of distribution center operations
Experience in receiving, picking, and packing operations
Experience with handling equipment and preventative maintenance preferred
