What you will do:

Review and follow branding standards and design objectives of various clients
Scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning, and pre-flighting
Using various photographic techniques and equipment, develop in-house photography to create images for both web and print
Prepare final print-ready files for vendors based on their specifications
Write and edit romance copy that is used for the web as well as promotional materials
Collaborate with the Business Development team to create e-Blasts using basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing principles
Design website layouts and content for new or potential clients
Work with the web development team on design, layout, and code changes of existing sites using basic HTML and CSS skills
Manage and communicate on multiple projects at once using in-house project management applications

What you will need:

General knowledge equal to four years of college and specialized knowledge of HTML
Graphic Design Skills
Advanced ability in Adobe Photoshop and ability to perform image manipulation of all kinds
Understanding design principles such as layouts, typography, color, balance, and composition is a must
Strong organization skills and ability to work in Adobe Illustrator to create and edit vector artwork required
Effective in-person communication skills and basic knowledge of print production, website development
