Advance your machining/engine rebuilding career with solid Maine-based Industrial Engine Services Company with a customer base across the US and Canada. Specializing in the power generation markets, we seek an experienced engine machinist for our in house engine rebuilding program, servicing large Domestic and European engines. You will be working with cutting-edge equipment including: Rottler CNC block-machining equipment and CNC hone, Newen contour, manual lathes and mills, T&S digital balancer, and large ultrasonic cleaners. Typical work scope includes:
-Engine disassembly, inspection, and documentation
-Cleaning, blasting, NDT and pressure testing
-Turbo balancing and reconditioning
-Component machining, rebuilding and reconditioning
-Complete engine assembly
-Manual machining and light fabrication work
This is a full-time position.
