Home Visitor

Home Visitors work with families with young children birth to age three and expectant parents, delivering developmentally appropriate activities by partnering with parents to utilize their teaching and parenting skills within the home environment; monitor children’s progress; partner with families to establish a source of continuous, accessible, coordinated health and dental care. Other responsibilities include completing paperwork, and reports, and maintaining records and data on individual children. Travel throughout the service areas is required. This position is 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year.
