Lead Pre-K Teacher

Our Children’s Services Department, Cape Cod Hill Early Learning Center, is hiring a Lead Teacher- Pre-K. The position is part of our collaborative Pre-K program at the Cape Cod Hill School in New Sharon.  The Lead Teacher- Pre-K will lead a teaching team that plans experiences to meet young children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development and engages with families in meeting both their children’s and family’s needs. In addition, the position promotes meaningful family engagement experiences, including developing family goals, providing social service referrals, and assisting families in obtaining appropriate medical and dental care for their children. Other responsibilities include completing paperwork and reports and maintaining records and data on individual children.  This position is 40 hours/week for 40 weeks/year and requires travel throughout the service area.
