Community Concepts Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Maintenance Specialist I. This position is responsible for completing work orders related to daily maintenance tasks and light custodial work at various locations at facilities throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin Counties. The ideal candidate will have some experience with paperwork (work orders, inventories, etc.), snow removal, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and/or electrical work. A company vehicle is provided for work-related use. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with on-call nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
