SUMMARY: The temporary Administrative Assistant would perform administrative/clerical work regarding municipal social services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent and one year of clerical experience.
WORK ACTIVITIES: Maintains records and processes billing. Drafts requisitions and orders supplies and items, as needed. Prepares statistical and financial reports. Completes clerical and administrative functions and provides clear and courteous customer service to individuals, vendors and agencies inquiring about social service programs and procedures. Processes departmental payroll, answers phones and performs filing, as needed. Performs other related duties, as required.
