We are currently seeking a cheerful, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Booth Representative. The ideal candidate will often be the first point of contact for our guests and will assist them with scheduling their clambake.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, serving as the initial point of contact.
– Effectively manage ticket sales and reservation processes.
– Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Answer phones and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Check-in customers and issue tickets promptly.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
– Contribute to creating a positive and memorable customer experience.

Requirements:

While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who demonstrates the qualities and enthusiasm needed for the role. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
