The Program Manager job in Auburn, Maine, is responsible for overseeing six resident care and staffing programs within Coastal Community Care. This role ensures the quality of care for residents and includes responsibilities such as program scheduling, staff oversight, and coordination of resident service planning. You’ll have a solid understanding of managing staff, coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and ensuring compliance with training and safety standards. The Program Manager must also be available to take emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.

Program Manager Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• At least 1 year of experience managing people
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Registered, inspected, and insured vehicle for resident transportation
• Ability to work during holidays and inclement weather
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Required Certifications:  Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA), CPR/First Aid,
  Safety Care, All DHHS OADS Trainings

Program Manager Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $55,000 per year
• Start Date: ASAP
