Qualified candidates will be responsible for working on a variety of projects and technologies in person, over the phone, or remotely. The primary responsibility is to complete tickets assigned in a timely fashion while looking for opportunities to make our customer’s experience outstanding. Tickets assigned may include providing assistance in the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, Office suite, email, and operating systems.

• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups in CRM software.

• Document, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software and/or hardware operation to resolve problems.

• Answering phones, working with Microsoft Applications, On site residential services.

• Read technical manuals, confer with others, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.

• Internally escalate major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.

• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.

• Oversee daily assigned tasks repairing computer systems and technology.

• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a computer repair or equivalent certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with communication
• Ability to exhibit a sense of urgency in all sales and service-related matters
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and information gathering
• Willingness to learn Ticketing/CRM/enablement tools
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience with Office 365, G Suite and other popular hosts

Candidates must have Enterprise Grade Certifications, for Example; Cisco, Microsoft or NSE certifications.

$25-35, DOE.
