2nd Shift Supervisor

The Production Supervisor position in Auburn, Maine, is a full-time, direct-hire role in plant operations, responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail and leadership experience. Training will begin on the day shift for the first two weeks before transitioning to the second shift.

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
• Ability to multitask accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a production or warehouse setting
• Stability in previous roles, understanding of plant operations, and ability to read and follow policies/procedures
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical disqualifiers: violent felonies

Production Supervisor Details:

Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM, shift begins at 2:00 PM (arrive at 1:30 PM for supervisor report)
Pay Rate: $23 – $26 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
