Administrative Assistant

EMPLOYER: Blue Marble Geographics



The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility will be clerical and administrative tasks supporting the Inside Sales Manager, the Operations Manager, the CEO, and all employees but directly for the sales and marketing teams. The Administrative Assistant will be trained in using Salesforce, Google Business Suite, and Blue Marble procedures. The Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team willing to work across departments to ensure our customers’ best product and service.

Objectives of this Role:

Administrative Support for the Insides Sales Manager, Operations Manager and CEO.
Administrative Support for all employees but with a focus on the sales and marketing teams.
Clerical duties to support sales and revenue growth as assigned.


Process ACH, wire, and check payments
Deposit checks
Process training orders
Reconcile daily deposit
Manage e-mails in the info@ inbox
Process physical mail
Manage inbound and outbound shipping
Manage internal backend account duplicate report
Maintain internal backend’ recent orders missing accounts’ report
Verify user company/account requests
Send invoices to customers who clicked on the link to renew
Maintain accounts receivables
Answer inbound phone calls
Order general supplies
Book travel for employee outings/visits
Book travel for conferences/onsite training sessions
Collect and organize Blue Marble employee credit card receipts
Monitor and manage the FedEx account
Greet external visitors
Other tasks as assigned
