The RFP Intern will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will source opportunities through various online databases and review opportunities with Executive Sales management. The candidate will work with other department leaders in sales, finance, marketing and legal to draft, review, and execute RFP responses. This opportunity can be structured for three to five days per week. through December with the ability to extend as business needs dictate.
Serve as primary administrator of the Company’s online RFP solution to analyze and source potential opportunities.
Searching systems and creating reports to analyze spend and opportunities.
Identify new systems and means to source and track open RFPs.
Ownership of the RFP project timeline from beginning to end.
Schedule and direct meetings with various stakeholders.
Work effectively with department leaders to develop a repository of data and sample responses that can be leveraged on a prospective basis.
Professional production and delivery of the completed response.
Work with leadership to build framework for responses and prioritize opportunities based on our business model.
Research and review previous wins for guidance on market direction and strategy for responses.
Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously.
