The Data Entry Specialist will report to the Manager of Data Warehouse & BI and will help the Data Strategy & Analytics team perform the key task of enriching customer profiles and assist with data quality initiatives, including the identification and cleansing and normalizing of non-conforming data. A successful applicant will have a natural curiosity about data & systems, and love all things data.

Responsibilities:

Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple internal and external data sources.
Identifies issues and successfully resolves them quickly and efficiently to ensure completeness of received information.
Performs data mapping to ensure that the data is added correctly from the source to the destination system.
Performs high-volume of data entry into key business systems, word documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
Provides accurate and timely status updates.
Works on other data related special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work independently as well as part of cross-functional teams. Proficiency with writing Excel macros, formulas etc. is a big plus.
