We are seeking a Senior Emerging Product Services Analyst to join our Product Optimization team within our Emerging Services Division at athenahealth. Your job will be to provide support for our emerging services; process internal and external cases, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide timely resolutions.

The Team: The Emerging Product Services team supports emerging products such as New Features, Apps, Population Health, athenaTelehealth and other evolving services with customer support, troubleshooting and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot issues using online resources to resolve and forward outcomes to internal and external teams
- Perform outreach to clients to convey updates, gather information, and coordinate roll-out of new services
- Act as the voice of the client, anticipating pain points and gauging practicality of workflows
- 0-2 years of a combination of experience and education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication-based on audience
- Understanding of healthcare/health IT environment is a plus
This position is based in our Belfast, ME office.
