Electrical Engineer

We’re hiring for:  Electrical Engineer

AC Electric Corp is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our team in Auburn, ME.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting field engineering in billing, quoting, and customer reporting.

Testing current transformers, potential transformers, battery systems, and power line carriers for various power systems.

Sufficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel.

Testing of relays, switchgear, and other power controls.

Any candidates must be willing to perform the following:

It is important that you’ll have the ability to perform regular fieldwork, both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Able to climb ladders and stand for extended periods.

Able to lift 70 pounds.

Must satisfy these requirements:

Complete a satisfactory criminal background check (pre- employment and ongoing).

Valid drivers license with a clean record.

You must have a minimum of a BSEE or BSEET.

Be able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time.
