Full-Time, annual salary range $45,000-$65,000 depending on experience
OR
Part-Time, hourly rate $21/hour – $30/hour depending on experience
Job is primarily performed onsite during business hours. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Our goals are to help our members grow their businesses, develop professional skills; create interest in entrepreneurship; and, to attract greater investment into Lewiston/Auburn and our greater Central Maine communities.

As our Member Manager, you will report directly to our Co-Founder and Managing Member. You’ll own growing our membership; membership onboarding, satisfaction and retention; and will be a force multiplier for our founders. This is a hands-on, diverse role that will require you to wear many hats.

Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is curious and eager to learn, has a growth mindset, and is interested in working side-by-side with us to launch 75 Park and make it, and our members, a success. Looking ahead, as you learn new skills and demonstrate impact, we hope that you will want to grow into more responsibilities and a larger leadership role at 75 Park.

Responsibilities

  • Provides tours to prospective new members
  • Greets members when they arrive at 75 Park
  • Coordinates reception coverage and covers open shifts when needed
  • Handles all types of questions and correspondence by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for attention as appropriate
  • Coordinates sending/receiving of mail & packages for members
  • Keeps supplies stocked; managing supplier/vendor relationships
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments
  • Recommends and coordinates programming (training, workshops, speakers, etc.) for our members based on feedback received
  • Plans and executes member events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to work legally in the United States.
  • Availability to work onsite during standard business hours (8 a.m – 5 p.m. M-F), and occasional irregular hours to support business needs.
  • Fluent in English. Other language fluency a bonus!
  • Computer proficient.
  • Proficient with Apple products and Google Apps- esp. docs, spreadsheets and forms.
  • Honors commitments.

  • Customer service skills.
  • Proactive, clear communication.

Compensation:

  • Compensation based on experience, and whether part-time or full-time
  • $2,000 signing bonus paid upon successful completion of first 90 days
  • 10 days Personal Time Off (PTO) annually
  • 10 paid Holidays (New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Thanksgiving, and 2 floating holidays)
  • Health care stipend
