Professional Bartending & Mixology
Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology in the operation of commercial institutions. This program also includes the Maine Course, a six hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol. Participants will learn the functional level that is acceptable to the State of Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.
